Nominal Link between payroll and Sage 50 crashing causing corruption

Hello

I am having problems with Payroll and the sending the nominal link to Sage50. There is no rhyme or reason or when or if it will happen, but when it does it causes errors, corruption and I am having to re-enter all back to the latest backup. The amount of wasted time is so frustrating. Is anyone else having this issue please and if so, any recommendations ?

Thanks for using Sage City.

This is unusual in that posting the the Nominal Link itself should not cause data corruption. By way of digging a bit further, is the data definitely error free before posting the link? If you post the journals manually does the same issue occur? What sort of errors are generated?

This might be one instance where a call to Tech Support may be better so they can try and establish the cause. You can contact Technical Support here >
