I have imported new starters details. On the import file I completed the starter form with '1' for P45 but I now have no way of using the Starter form' wizard to complete the starter declaration.  Also I manually selected the FPS starter checkbox and I believe this may cause me problems submitting future FPS.  I have imported 75 records.  Is there anyway I can fix these issues
