Employee list

Is it possible to extract a list of employees that includes their department per the analysis tab?

I thought that I would just be able to download the employee list to Excel, but this isn't an option.

    You could use Data Export to get this in Excel. 

    1. Select the employees to include on your employee list.
    2. Click File then Data Export.
    3. Click Payroll Data Export then click Next.
    4. Select Employee Details then click Next.
    5. Click Browse to set where you'd like to save the file and enter a filename.
    6. Click Save, then Next.
    7. Click Finish.

    Open the file you exported. You can make the spreadsheet easier to use by deleting all columns you don't need.

    The department number is under column BV, and you can verify departments and their numbers in your software by clicking Company, Settings then the Analysis tab.
