Pay Elements Max characters

Hello,

I am setting up a spreadsheet to import all new pay elements into sage for the start of this year. The ones we have been using do not work for us anymore.

My question is, what is the maximum number of letters and spaces can we use for a pay element, I am looking at some and wondering if I need to shrink them down slightly.

I believe the maximum would be 30 characters (this would include spaces).
