I've run our year end and am now in the process of rejigging our pay elements to closer match what we need ready for our first payroll run of the 24/25 tax year.
I've successfully removed all payments from all current employees, but for a couple of deductions it says they can't be removed as there are year-to-date figures! (One was last used by the employee over 2 tax years ago.)
How can there be any yea-to-date figures if I've run the year end and cleared down year-to-date figures?
And how can I remove these deductions?
