Sage 50 Payroll

Question

I have been informed by the manager that one of the employees were paid the incorrect salary for Jan, Feb and March this year. 
 As an example say her gross salary per month paid was &pound;3,036.70 and should have only been &pound;245.29 for the month. I was not informed of this change. 
 As year end has been completed and a correction needs to be made, they will be repaying the overpayment, I am not sure how to proceed with this.

 If you need to amend an employee's pay in a previous tax year and Year End has been completed, please follow the steps on the following guide depending on whether the change will be made before or after the 19/04/24- Do I have to re run Payroll year end after a correction?
