Accommodation charge

Question

I am on Sage 50 version 30 payroll. Whereabouts do I enter an "accommodation charge"? 
 I have a business where one of the employees has to pay a charge for his room and food whilst living on the premises. Where do I find this in the payroll please and is this part of legislation for the monthly rate?
