Sage HR Payslip Portal Diversity Issue

Hi,

I am not sure exactly where to raise this issue, but any advice/feedback would be appreciated.

We use the HR Portal, just for payslip access for our employees.

I recently sent a Welcome Email to a new employee, who's surname is Tu.

When he was registering the system said that his surname was not long enough and that it needed to be at least 3 charachters long.

Needless to say, he did not feel very 'Welcome'.

Please can someone raise this as an issue, or point me in the right direction as to who to raise this issue with.

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    This is an issue that we're currently investigating, but as a workaround you can add a space after a two letter surname to increase it to the currently required three characters. This workaround is documented in the following Knowledgebase Article.
