Online Payslips

Since the latest Sage update, I am no longer able to move from 'upload online payslips' to 'update records' in the normal payroll process. 

The only way of continuing to finalise and complete is to 'End Task' in the Task Manager and start the whole payroll process again to get back to the 'update records' function at which point I can then update.

The problem has come about since having to log into Sage differently once at the online payslips part (it never used to do this when I logged in the old way, it worked perfectly).

Please can you advise what the problem is.

    There's not been a change to how this should work, and you should be able to move on from uploading payslips as normal. There are a couple of steps I'd advise you run through for this one:

    1. Re-install the latest version using the Run as administrator option. This is to ensure your software is installed correctly. You can find the installer and instructions in our download and install Sage 50 Payroll guide.
    2. If the issue persists after reinstalling, check you're using the latest serial number and activation key. Log in to Sage 50 Payroll as normal, then click Tools then Upgrade Program to check the details in your software at the moment. Then visit our find my serial number and activation key guide to check the latest details. If the details in your software aren't up to date, enter the new details then click Update.

    If the issue still occurs after these steps, please contact Sage technical support.
