Question

Following a recent update installation I am unable to access some of the tasks, including Full Payment Submission and Online Payslips.
I contacted Sage Help and was instructed to reinstall the update package as a PC administrator, but this has had no effect - even after restarting the PC.
Do I have to do something to enable the online services?

Hi Jojo,

Thanks for using Community Hub.

After you re-install I would recommend logging in as manager and entering your serial number and activation key in Tools > Upgrade Program.

If the problem persists, I would recommend another quick call to Technical support so they can refresh your licence for you. Technical Support >
