Online services

Hi, I have a client who has set up Sage HR, I use the online documents as an agent but is there any way to change the online services settings as I cannot upload payslips to new employees, thanks

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

    Could you add a bit of clarification about your client's setup and your setup as (I assume) an accountant user. 

    Does your client use Sage HR as a standalone product, or do they have it integrated with Sage 50 Payroll to act as a payslips portal as well as their HR portal?

    Do you have their payroll on your Payroll Bureau Manager, or do they still have their payroll on their Sage 50 Payroll, and you just access it as another user?

    Hi Oli, yes, I use an agent bureau for payroll and my client has a company HR account, I couldn't upload new employee reports as I was unaware that I had to import new employee details from Sage HR, initially I could not and didn't know how to link them. I did have to make 3 employee's leavers and then import the information from HR to reinstate and be able to send their payslips etc. I did speak online to sage and they couldn't advise, they thought it wasn't possible to link a bureau and individual HR, but it is
