changing employees email

An employee gave me the wrong email. I have since rectified this but it is still sending to old email which was wrong and he is not receiving payslips

    I'm assuming you're referring to Sage HR Online Services, which you use to upload payslips to from Sage 50 Payroll?

    When you say you rectified it, it could be that you've not done all the steps outlined in the guide below.

    Change an employee's email address - Sage HR Online Services

    1. Terminate the employee in Sage HR Online Services
    2. Delete employee from the terminated employees report
    3. Amend email address in Analysis tab of employee's record in Sage 50 Payroll 
    4. Upload employee's payslips to Sage HR Online Services 

    Of these steps it's common for customers to forget to do step 2 -  delete the employee in Sage HR after they terminate them. So it could be that you're uploading payslips to the employee's terminated employee which is under the old profile. 

    In Sage HR, does the employee still have a profile? Or if you click Reports, then click Employee data and click Terminated employees, is the employee listed there?
