Only the first two items on that list actually tick when you're setting up online services, so there's nothing further to do if Step 3 onwards isn't ticked after completing.

If either of the first two don't tick when you complete them, there's a guide to follow:

• Step 1 of Online Services/Documents Settings doesn't show as complete >
• Step 2 of Online Services Settings doesn't load/show as complete - Sage HR Online Services >
