Employee log in issue

One of our employee's receives emails when her payslips are ready for review, but is unable to log in to view them. When password is reset, she doesn't receive an email to do so.

Any ideas? Thanks

    I would advise running through our troubleshooting guide below.

    Employee can't log in to Sage HR Online Services

    This guide above explains the several potential reasons why an employee has issues logging in.

    A common reason is that they haven't set up their login from their welcome email in the first place, so don't even have a password yet to reset. This may explain why they aren't getting password reset emails. As explained in the guide above, if this is the case you can resend them a new welcome email.

    (Employees will still get payslip notification emails even if they don't have a login yet.)
