Employee's can't access the online services

Hi there, we have just set up to have our payslips sent over to our employees electronically, but everyone including myself can not register from the welcome email that was sent. we all get to the sign up page enter our personal details  - first name, last name, password, confirm password, i'm not a robot check, then click sign up and then nothing. 

I have accessed the companies dashboard to which i can resend a welcome email but again we all go through the sign up page and nothing. i have searched through all the help questions but nothing.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

    There was an issue with this affecting multiple users last week. However, it has been resolved now.

    I'd advise resending welcome emails one last time in case they've expired and then your employees should be able to set up their access to your Online Services company.
