I have a new starter this week. When I run the Pension Assessment it shows him as 'eligible' however it hasn't made any deductions. Why?

Did you apply a postponement? Or if not, does the employee turn 22 years old after your process date?

Thanks for your reply. Following a webchat with Jayne at Sage this morning I have carried outa data repair and all is working as it should be now!
