The P32 shows both the employee and employer National Insurance Contributions so would not be suitable for this. I'd recommend running the Payment Summary History Part 2 for the whole year, making sure the criteria is set to include all visible employees including leavers, this should give a figure for the Employer National Insurance Contributions.
