Hi How do I process a £0.00 value payslip. I put someone on hold and an unable to generate a payslip but by law I need to provide one.

When an employee is on hold you can't process their payroll at all, which also prevents you from producing a payslip.
I've checked the requirement to provide one and according to ACAS guidance, payslips must be given when someone is paid. If they aren't paid, you wouldn't need to provide a payslip. For more information on payslips, here's the ACAS payslips advice.
