Morning, 
 
 How to contact Sage billing team re invoice credit as spent 20 mins on the phone then was promised a call back and heard nothing since 29 June?

Hi Agata,

I'm sorry to read about this, I believe this has now been resolved.

If you need to contact that department again, you can call 0191 479 5955, then choose option 2 for "Make a payment and for billing, invoice and subscription queries", then option 2 again for "billing, invoice and subscription queries".
