Just had to redownload the update again, as it didn't work correctly. It is now stuck in a loop of entering the seral details and V28 has error message that it has moved location - updates are never a good thing that runs smoothly.

I'm sorry to read of the problem you encountered with the update. It sounds as if there was an issue with the data during the conversion. To resolve this, I'd recommend creating a new blank database and restoring a backup, you can follow the steps to do this here: Create a new P11D Database >

This could not be actioned, as the file could not be located from the hard drive - even though it can be seen when opened.
We have tried to call for support on this, but no one likes to remote in nowadays
