If any part of the Pension Module is clicked on and doesn't launch, we recommend running the clear locks and data repair process. We've got a handy guide on how to do this here - Look after your data.

Once that process has been completed - launch the program again and the Send Pension Correspondence will work as normal.

Thanks for your swift response. I followed your instructions and the Correspondence window now opens. Many thanks! Fingers crossed it doesn't re-occur any time soon, but at least I now know what to do!
