When I attempt to automatically enroll employees into the pension scheme using the "pension assessment" module in Sage 50 payroll it shows them as eligible, they are above 22, have the qualifying earnings and show be enrolled into the scheme. But the module refuses to enroll them, they have zero contributions and i don't even have the option to opt in/out, postpone or refund. The details are blanked out. I know full well the employees should show as enrolled with contributions showing as being deducted but I'm getting nothing.
