Now! Pension report sending problem

I have been contacted by Now Pensions to say that the reports we have been sending them have the wrong information in them.  They are a Net Pay Scheme so they take the pension conts from the gross pay before deducting tax.  On the CSV file that we produce to send to Now in column AC it calculates the Gross Pay but deducts the Employer contributions (i.e. Gross Pay is £800. 5% employer contributions is £40 but Column AC states that Gross Pay is £760)  Having spoke to Sage and letting them try various different variations they can't seem to get column AC to state the correct amount unless they untick the box to deduct the pension after tax which isn't what Now Pension requires. Has anybody any idea how it can be changed or had the same problem? Do I just have to do it manually?
