SAGE Pension .csv file download for NEST with NI Numbers

Hi!

I'm trying to find a way to create a .csv file for nest pension that shows employees by NI Number.

My payroll team has changed people several times in the last few years and how Employees were set up in Nest were either by payroll number or National Insurance number, so the problem now is that the Employee Reference that Nest is taking is either payroll number or NI number, this means half of my file's data is not loading.

Im a few weeks behind due to this issue, so any help will be greatly appreciated it!!

Can I check there, is it just employee name and NI number you need on this csv file?

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply. The usual file to upload all pensions into nest is the file that I cannot export from SAGE, the only file is the one with their payroll number so I would like to expert the file with their NI Numbers..

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for getting back to me

How do you go about exporting your pension data CSV file please? For example, do click Reports and run a report there, or if you subscribe to the Pensions Module do you click Send Pension Data and use an option for a New Export in there perhaps?
