Salary Sacrifice Pension

Hello,

We are moving to a salary sacrifice pension scheme. An employee has asked if they can maintain student loan repayments at the pre sacrifice level rather than reducing via the salary sacrifice.

Will this be possible through Sage payroll?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for using Community Hub.

Student Loans are based off their NI'able earnings so will calculate from their reduced amount. Any workarounds would then cause problems from a pension point of view, so I don't believe this is possible currently.
