I have updated the NHS Pension Tiers but when I have processed Apr payroll it has put some of my employees into the wrong tier even though the annualised figure represents last years pensionable pay, does anyone know why it is doing this ?

Thanks for using Community Hub.
In the first instance I'd recommend checking the pension tiers in Company > NHS Pension Settings both to make sure they're correct and to check there isn't an error reported when you try to access them.

This happens to me every month and I have to currently manually amend each month dependant on their Pensionable earnings. Do you still experience this problem or is their a work around?
