Not able to submit FPS

Question

Hi, 
 Payroll software already updated to v25 but the program is giving error message that FPS is not possible as I have old version of Payroll. 
 How to sort this out?

Hi Krasi, 
 Thanks for using Sage City. 
 As you're using the correct version, to resolve this you should take a backup of your Sage 50 Payroll data via File > Backup, then follow the steps below:

1. Start > in the search box enter C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL > press Enter. These are hidden folders that you cannot browse to, you must use the above commands.

2. Delete the following folders:

Esubs.model 
 Esubs.model.interfaces 
 Esubs.view 
 Esubs.viewmodel 
 SgEData 
 SgELauncher

3. Reinstall Sage 50 Payroll for tax year 2018/2019. You can download this from the following site, once you've logged in: https://my.sage.co.uk/downloads/ .
