We have set up a new company and there is one director getting paid in Month 12. We have just run the payroll, but it will not let us submit an FPS. Does anyone know why please? Thanks. It is a brand new company.

I notice this query has slipped through without a community response, sorry for the late reply but I thought I’d pop something back to you.
I appreciate this may be resolved now, but I suspect it may have been caused by HMRC rejecting it if was being sent after their tax year deadline of 19th April 2022.
