On the back of customer feedback; Customer would like to remove the need to rollback and reprocess the affect periods where they have deducted too much student loan. They would prefer to see a manual adjustment in the YTD values to correct this and make the process quicker and easier on their behalf. They would also like to see a creation of an automatic payment for the refund of the overcharged student loan.
