Can 50% of Employers NI saving be automatically added to the employees pension every month?

Sage Payroll does not have a Salary Sacrifice check box on Pay elements that have a status of Factor. I have been told this is by design! Please redesign this feature!

Currently AVC'S cannot be processed through the pension scheme options because it doesn't allow for salary sacrifice.
We therefore have to enable a pay element to do this and so it doesn't come up on the report.
