Hello Sage City community, we are here with an update to let you know that we are aware of the issues you may be experiencing when trying to navigate between multiple companies in Sage Accounting. The issue occurs if you are the owner of one business and a user of another (or a user of multiple others).
Our developers are working on a permanent fix as a matter of urgency, but in the meantime, we can offer the following workarounds which should restore normal access to your companies:
- Try accessing your accounts from a private, or incognito window
- If you are using a mobile device, please try on a desktop computer or laptop
- Try to log in directly at https://app.sageone.com/login (do not use a saved bookmark)
- Ask the business owner to remove you as a user and then add you to the company again
We will continue to work hard on a permanent fix and will provide further updates here on City when possible.
If you are still unable to access additional companies by following the workaround below, you can let our Customer Services Team know, but just so you are aware there aren’t any additional steps to take which may resolve the issue, but we will add your details to the ongoing development ticket and contact you once the problem is resolved.
