We are moving some of our bank feeds to open banking technology and turning off our older bank feeds. To continue importing transactions from your bank, you must disconnect and reconnect your bank feed before 30 November (or 4 November for HSBC customers). We recommend doing this one bank at a time if there are multiple connections.
The banks affected are:
- NatWest Bankline - direct feed
- Bank of Scotland
- Cashplus
- HSBC - check extra steps to disconnect a HSBC bank feed
- Lloyds
- Royal Bank of Scotland
