i have completed the check list & have had my email to from HMRC ive checked the box in sage to submit online.  ive reconciled the vat but when i submit to HMRC i get to confirm the company then when i click next, the contacting HMRC screen just hangs.  theres an hour wait to speak to someone in Sage has anyone any ideas what the problem is?

It's Sage 50cloud accounts - it must have just been that day as the next day it connected so i successfully submitted my return thank you
