Stripe balance incorrect

I have a balance on my Stripe account which is incorrect and have no idea how to correct it.

The error was caused by a refund that was processed in Sage but was not actually taken by stripe. They took the refund two weeks later with another transaction generated.

I cannot create a reverse journal to zero off the balance because the Stripe account in Sage is a control account.  Anyone know how to fix this?

    As the transactions are created by Stripe we are limited on how we can affect the Bank Account in the program.
