Thanks for using Sage City.

The management reports in Sage 50 Accounts, including the Profit and Loss, are fixed reports and can't currently be edited in the Report Designer. You may be able to achieve the layout you require by exporting the Profit and Loss to Excel, the export options are available when you open Nominal codes > Reports > Profit and Loss.

The option to edit these reports or include Project details may be something you'd like to suggest for future development in the software, you can do that using the Ideas Board here >
