    Hi Charles,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

I have just had a look at Sage Marketplace and unfortunately Dynamics 365 isn't listed as being currently available to link with Sage Accounting.  However, you can ask them to link in with our developers to look at the possibility of creating an API link. If you ask them to go to Sage Developers for more information.

For your other query, all of the reports available in Sage Accounting can be exported in CSV or PDF format for you to use as you need to.

Here is a help article about exporting data from Sage Accounting.

  • Hi Charles,

There are a few options available for the integration between Dynamics365 and Sage Accounting, Zapier and Alumio being options you can investigate further.

Suitability often depends on your specific needs, transaction volumes and which data types you wish to integrate, as to which is the most feasible solution.

With regards extracting the data for analysis, we have a platform which we are in the process of launching in the UK/IE market, which extracts data, mines, interrogates and displays data in various types of output reports which align with your requirements. I would like to chat with you more about if you are interested.

Looking forward to hearing back from you,

    Regards,

    Russell

  • Hi All

thank you for your reply, we basically want an online form that clients can fill in to create an account rather than having to send word/excel forms and then transferring this data into a new customer account.

    thank you for your help?

    Hi Charles,

that is very achievable. Please pop me a mail to [email protected] and we can chat further.  One of the first questions of is, will the form be included in an existing website/portal or will this be stand alone?  We need to a few more details before we can offer full advice and or propose an idea.

Thanks for coming back to us,
