Managing multiple entities using Sage Business Cloud

Hi

We currently have SBC for our main trading entity.  We have just set up a new legal entity and we need to create it in Sage Business Cloud.  My assumption is that I have to set up a new business cloud subscription for this entity but is there a way to link the two subscriptions?

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    You would need to sign up to a new Sage Accounting subscription for the business. This would need to be done using a email address not previously used within Sage before. Follow this link to sign up to a new in Sage Accounting.

    In terms of linking the two subscriptions together there isn't a direct process in place for this.

    However, provided you are signed up to Sage Accounting Standard or Plus, you can add a user on the subscription under the email that was used to sign up to one of your subscriptions.

    You could then switch between the two businesses, by hovering over the business name in your account, and then selecting the business you want to access.
