The T codes are specific to Sage 50 and are not available on Sage Business Cloud i'm afraid.

However, I have had a look at the T8 tax code on Sage 50 which appears to be "Standard rate for purchases of goods from Suppliers within the EC".
Sage Business Cloud Accounting automatically calculates the VAT liability for you so you don't need to use different tax codes based on your scenario. As long as the address on your Supplier contact is listed as being in the EU, the system takes care of the rest for you.
