Thanks for using Community Hub.
If you click 'Transactions' that view has a column marked "Posted on" that is the date the transaction was actually posted to the system. If that column is not visible, right-click the row of column headings and choose it from the drop-down list.

Thanks for using Community Hub.
The Audit Trail report should have the answer you're looking for.
If you go to Reporting, then select More, and select Audit Trail Report.
You can then set the date of the transaction. The Audit Trail searches by the date of the transaction.
The report will show you the entry date of the transaction.
