Activity in nominal accounts

I am trying to see all activity in one nominal ledger account.  The balance is zero as i expect it to be but there should be transactions in the account.  One of which is a journal i posted to clear up a misposting.  All done on the same day.  However, i cannot find a report that will show me these two transactions as when i go to nominal activity the nominal account does not show up as its zero.  How do i get a report that shows me the activity.

    Thanks for using Community Hub.

    The nominal activity report will only show the ledger account if there is activity for the date period you have selected. I would suggest using the period drop down and selecting custom and setting a wide date range. 

    If you have no luck this way, you can use the Audit trail to see the transactions. Go to Reporting, More then Audit Trail. Set the date for the transactions and click search. You can select the detailed report and this will show you the ledger accounts used, just in case they weren't posted to the correct ledger accounts as you're expecting.
