Invoice email address

Our invoices show our accountants email address, I need to change this to our finance team but cannot find where to do this. I have tried the usual; Settings & Document emails, business profile etc. but it is not listed anywhere for me to update it. It is not the email address that I log in with, goodness knows where it has come from.

Please can someone help?

    Under "Document Preferences" and then "Contact Details & Addresses" you can untick "Show email address" to get rid of it completely, and you can add in your correct email address in a Footer or Terms & Conditions box underneath.

    I'd imagine there's a more permanent way to do it, but that would be a quick way to do it until you find that!

    Is the accountant registered as a user on the account?
