i enter email and password, it sends a code to my phone, i enter code, all looks good and after 1 second it says must be the person who signed up and a couple of others, i try every few days but its always the same

Do you have any issues logging into Sage accounting whilst using a desktop or laptop device?
The code that you are receiving is this for a first time setup of the account or is it in regards to 2 Factor Authentication?
