When creating your customer, you can add multiple delivery addresses so that on the invoice, it would appear correctly.

Unfortunately with regards the statement, you would need to enter in the reference on the invoice when raising it which site it would be for as the statement wouldn't be able to be split out as "Parent and Umbrella" company

This may work, thank you, is there a way of changing the "delivery" title to something else ?

Also are you able to create your own templates? i can only see the sage versions.

Unfortunately the title on the box can't be changed and also there is no option currently to create your own templates.
