Entries not showing on bank reconciliation

I'm using Accounting Start.

Entries appear on my bank feed (and on my bank statements) but not under 'Reconcile'.

They show up on Unreconciled Bank Transactions.

What is causing that? 

All the entries showing under 'Reconcile' are correct and have been reconciled, but I believe the missing entries are causing the discrepancy.

I cannot finish the bank reconciliation until I root out the problem.

    Thanks for using Sage City! 

    It sounds like this could be due to the date of the transactions or the Statement Date that is set within the Reconciliation. For example if your Statement Date is set to 19/10/2022 you will only see transactions that have not yet been reconciled dated before 19/10/2022. If you had a transaction dated 20/10/2022 in this example it would not show. 

    Also, until you have created/posted transactions from the Bank Feed you won't be able to reconcile them within a Bank Reconciliation. Let me know if you need any further support with this.
