Payroll report

Hi,

For a specific report purposes I need to know how much our staffs had been paid in the last year. the report have to show each individual staff not accumulated amount for that period. how I can get this information from sage payroll or accounting? rather than manually calculating?

    Thank you for using Community Hub.

    The payment information about individuals can't be reported on from Accounts, but here are two payroll reports which should help you.

    P11's show the total gross pay for the year for each individual.

    There is also the Employee Net Pay report which shows the net pay per individual, but needs to be run per-pay-period.

    P11's

    1. Go to the Year End tab.
    2. In the Tax year to report on list, select 2023/2024.
    3. Select Review Employee Pay (P11), then select View P11 for all employees.

    The report for each employee is printed or saved using the browser Print and Save /Download options (top right of the browser window).

    Review your employees' P11 values

    Employee Net Pay

    1. Select the Reporting tab.
    2. Select the tax year from the top left hand side.
    3. Select the pay frequency and the pay period.
    4. Select Generate to see the report
    5. Select Export to open a PDF or create a .CSV file.

    The PDF is printed or saved using the browser Print and Save /Download options (top right of the browser window).
