Adding previous leavers to your new payroll isn't something we would recommend.

If you add the 'leavers', you will need to contact us so we can mark the employees as ceased within payroll for you.

Alternatively, you would need to exclude the employees for the first pay run and then process as a leaver in the second.

They would count towards your cost per employee until they were marked as leavers in the system.
