This may be a silly question, would i have to process all staff with a Director's title under Director Status in Sage Payroll
OR just the Official company directors ?

This is actually a very good question.
Directorship status is often misunderstood.
A company director is a person who is officially appointed to take on the responsibilities of managing the companies business activities.
They don't have to be an employee of the firm and they may or may not get remuneration from the firm.
A person who has been employed by the firm may have a job title called "Director of department xyz", yet still be a "normal" employee.
It is just the "Official company Directors" you would process a directors within payroll.
