Employee log in for payslips

an employee has been blocked in Sage from opening his link to get his payslip, how can i get this re set?

Thanks for using Sage City

Can you confirm weather you are using Online payslips or Emailed payslips?

When you say blocked, is the employee getting an error message?

And is this the first period they are receiving their payslips, or was it working previously?
