Thank you for using Community Hub.

We would need to know the difficulty the employees are experiencing.

You will have set a password up for the employee payslips when you selected "Email" within the Pay Document Preferences tab.

Are the employees aware of their payslip password?

Also, when employees are selected to receive payslips via email they will receive an invitation email.

The email contains a link which the employee must select to get the email payslip system working.
