3 month free trial for clients

Hi all,

Just setting up and speaking to potential clients. Was hoping to enrol them and charge them monthly for Sage - however the first one has flagged they can get Sage for 3 months for free directly. Are we able to offer this too? Or does it happen automatically when we first enrol a client?

    Hi Davina,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    For this one you would be best to contact your account manager directly. They will be able to explain the difference between a client joining directly or if they come via yourself. You will then be able to pass this information onto your client so you can make the decision together on how you connect.
